I want to ask what is the meaning of a high count of segmenters&neutrophils and low lymphocyte.?

I'm 21 years old, my neutrophils is 86 same with my segmenters and my lymphocyte is 14 but my WBC is normal, The doctor said the results are normal but I think I have a problem with my body.. When I stand for a long time my feet swells when I put pressure on it or pinch it, it does not come back to its normal state. I have consulted a doctor and the doc said that it is a beri-beri and the cause of the swelling is because of the excess water in my body and lack of eating nutritious food like food with Vitamin B but after days of drinking and eating the required food and medicine it still swells if I sit or stand for a long time. my thighs also hurts if I put pressure on it. I'm so scared because I think I have a kidney problem or nerve problem. And also my face is itchy and is red, I think this is also connected to the problem in my body. When I went to the derma she told me to have a CBC result and the doctor said that the result is normal. She said it is because I have allergy on foods like pine apple, mango, dried fish, shrimp, crabs, seashells and also because of the UV rays. She gave me a cream to ease the itchiness and sunblock. I tried it, at first the redness faded but it reddens again. I have plan of continuing my studies but I can't because of my health. Please help me!! Thank you.. God Bless....
