Theres a hole or dip in my gum from my stitches! AHHH!!!?

so i got a skin graft done last week because the tissue connecting your gums and your top lip together was causing a gap in between my teeth and i just got my braces off so that had to be done. anways i was with my friend today i felt this pain in my gum and i look in the mirror i had seen the stitch knot had moved a little and where it was before there is like idk how u say it like a gap or a little dip? idk but theres that. OH like a temperpedic bed, u put yur hand on the cushion it leaves a hand imprint so theres like a imprint of a knot in my gum. and it really hurts. im goin to the guy who did my gum graft this thursday and im scared he gonna make me get surgery agian. :( cuz he said if anything happend he was gonna take skin from the top of my mouth and put it on top and that day im supposed to go to west virginia for a family reunion and i dnt want to be in pain. its very little. the stich just moved a little like the not and everything is practly healed. so idk if the stitches are just starting to desolve or they r just loose. Please tell me the scoop on whats up with my mouth! :)thanks
