What's the name of this manga?

Okok so i remember it was a oneshot... And there was a doctor in like a dream and there was a guy that looked like a girl in a nurses office and he/she could heal people? Andd the people at that school worrshipped a guy and there was a picture of him but his face was covered... And when the doctor get out of the dream... he finds out that the girl is already dead... Oh and i'm pretty sure his hair was black... And the people in the dream were ranked by something about cards... like kings queens and jokers? or hearts and diamonds and whatnot... Sorry i'm just spewing out everything i remember about it... And the doctor had glasses i'm pretty sure... Thanks to anyone who actually knows the name of it!!
