My cats third eyelid is showing?

I noticed today that my cats third eyelids are showing. He was fine this morning and he is acting pretty normal. I think it may be due to a new cleaning product (i mopped the floors with pine sol) but i dont know. i'm worried but don't want to take him to a vet unless i have to. he doesnt have a history of illness and i'm really worried!
