Which method is better for declawing a cat - traditional or laser?

I love cats. I have had cats for all my life. Always indoor cats. They're my babies. I have always de-clawed and will continue to do so. I've got a new kitty and have heard that laser de-clawing is less intrusive with better healing times than traditional de-clawing. I'd like to know if anyone has any ideas on the subject of which is better.
